Coast to Coast in Georgia

I went to the Stations section on the C2C website and clicked quite a few states. Only in Georgia were there no stations found, which is, of course, hard to believe. I know WGST in Atlanta dropped the show when they went Spanish, but is there another station in Georgia that I (and apparently the C2C web people) don't know about?

Tnx

WGST is returning to news/talk in early June. Maybe they'll pick it up again.

news talk 940 in macon

I thought 940 WMAC (cumulus) dropped Coast for Red Eye Radio in Macon. I don't think there are many Cumulus talk stations airing Coast or any other Premiere product anymore. I see that Imus replaced the local morning show on WMAC. http://www.wmac-am.com/common/more.php?m=10&mode=schedule&r=2

Here is an archive list of Georgia Coast To Coast AM stations,

Looked again and their web site still has no stations. I emailed their web person.

But, wait. This is Coast to Coast. Georgia must be the new black hole of station listing. The vortex points straight to Moultrie.

Gotta be.

WGST will be carrying Coast to Coast again when they go back to talk on June 3rd. Ground Zero with Clyde Lewis will also air

I know I can pick them up on most clears at night. WLAC is the best; WHAS and WTAM a close second and third. Matter of facr, if you wanna have a little fun, preset your stations to 840, 890, 1100, 1190, 1510 and whoever else carries C2C and listen for the difference in the delays. You can get someone saying "I slept with a Martian", or something like that, five or six times in a row by pressing the proper stations. :D

I was just curious about their website not having any stations listed for Georgia. I found their web person on their site 2 weeks ago and sent an email. I got a response saying "Thanks for the heads up. We'll look into a fix."

I guess they're still looking... ::)

Well, they finally got it up & here's their list for those interested:

Athens WGAU-AM 1340
Augusta WGAC-AM 580
Brunswick WGIG-AM 1440
Cairo WGRA-AM 790
Clarksville WCHM-AM 1490
Columbus WDAK-AM 540
Claxton WMCD-FM 107.3
Dalton WBLJ-AM 1230
Gainesville WDUN-AM 550
Hiawassee WJUL-AM 1230
Lakeland WVGA-FM 105.9
Macon WMAC-AM 940
Rome WRGA-AM 1470
Savannah WTKS-AM 1290
Swainsboro WJAT-AM 800
Warrenton WGAC-FM 93.1
Young Harris WJRB-FM 95.1

A couple of things:
- The listing on their website shows the program times and the wattage of the stations. However, the wattage shown is the daytime wattage (ie: WDUN - 10kw).
- Since they are also on FM, I wonder when they will shorten the name of the program from "Coast to Coast AM" to just plain "Coast to Coast"?
:D

Anyway, I'm done.
