Clear Channel has applied for a directional FM translator on 101.9 in Rockledge with 250 Watts. The proposed originating signal? WBVD 95.1 The Beat. There's a CP for W272BA on 102.3 with 41 Watts. The applicant is David Carus and Associates, the same people who have the 100.7 in Rockledge which relays The Groove 93.1 from Melbourne. There are 3 applications for a translator on 89.7 in Cocoa! Two are by CSN International, one is from Black Media Works which are the folks at WJFP. All applications are for 190 Watts Verticle at about 39 or 40 meters HAAT.Black Media Works and Cornerstone Community Radio also have an application on 94.7 for a 250 Watt translator.
