Cold Wind Blowing Down Rt. 81?

Clear Channel named Joel Delmonico Regional Market Manager for Syracuse/Binghamton. Rich Lauber was named Regional Program Manager for Syracuse/Binghamton. This can't be good news for people at CC-Binghamton. How deep will this go? A little oversight, or hubbing for traffic, billing, etc.?

We've always had regional oversight. In the early days, we had Rochester overseeing us, and worked with them pretty closely. Then things changed to a more national assignments. Every few years, things shuffled. Before the switch to Syracuse, our regionals were handling many markets and we hardly ever heard or saw them.

As far as billing and payroll, that is already handled at the corporate level. There are already regional traffic directors, with local traffic staff.
