Columbia College Radio Conference 10-23-2010

The 7th Annual Midwest Regional High School and College Radio Conference at Columbia College takes place on Saturday, October 23, 2010 and now is the time to reserve your spot!

Among the special guest speakers is KISS 103.5 FM on-air personality Scott "Special K" Corchin! Scott is a 2006 Radio Department graduate and besides hosting a wildly successful evening show from 8 p.m.-midnight on Chicago's very own, 103.5 KISS-FM, he also doubles as Music Director at the station.

With "hands-on" work shops in Podcasting, Voice-Over Techniques, Digital Production and Audio Drama, as well as panels such as: Starting Your Own Radio Station, What Radio Stations Look For in New Talent, and Incorporating Social Media Marketing to Meet the Needs of Your Audience, this conference is shaping up as the "can't miss" event for those interested in radio.
