From what I see in the channel lineup listing for QUBE in the Columbus Dispatch newspaper, it appears that channels 11 thru 13 were blank on QUBE Community and QUBE Television. It is my understanding that QUBE was a converter box, and you selected a switch between QUBE Community and QUBE Television, and you pressed a button on the console box to view whatever channel you wanted to watch.
Where I lived in the Columbus area, we had Coaxial Cable for our cable tv service from the early 1970's to mid 1980's. I remember that cable tv service started in early 1972 in the Columbus area.
WTTV Channel 4 from Indianapolis, Indiana was on the Columbus area cable tv systems from mid 1976 to the end of 1979. I don't recall seeing WTTV on Coaxial Cable after 1979.
I do know that on Coaxial Cable, WTCG Channel 17 from Atlanta, Georgia first appeared in early 1976 and was carried full time on Coaxial Cable by early 1977.
