They are asking for a long term lease on the land. Will tOSU even want to sell the land they own
to CC? If so, will CC want to pay the asking price? The daytime site is on tOSU owned golf course?
That seems to be a compelling reason for CC to purchase the station, especially if they plan on keeping WTVN of AM for the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, like Ohio Media Watch says, he doesn't think it will wind up in the hands of CC. They must have some even better reasons why
CC won't be interested.
