Columbus Radio or TV tower question

That's the tower complex behind WBNS. Those towers are home to WBNS-TV and a slew of FMs - 92.3, 96.3, 97.1, 98.9, 99.7.

94.7 is also on one of those towers. Channel 4's HD signal also comes from there too.
