Columbus Repack

According to their website and on-air messages, WSYX is moving to their new frequency on Saturday, October 19th. Anyone know any additional details on the Columbus re-pack? Is WTTE going back to full power with this change? Also, when is WWHO "moving" to Columbus? Final question--Does WSYX's move allow for any Band 71 wireless deployment in Central Ohio?
