Comcast And NBC O&O TV Stations

I know when Comcast first considered buying NBC, there was some talk that they would have to sell the O&O TV stations in cities where they held the cable franchise, like Chicago.

So what became of this? Was is decided Comcast could keep the TV stations?
 
No changes here in New Britain, CT, which is mostly a Comcast city. New Britain is the city of license for WVIT-TV (NBC) channel 30, which is an NBC O&O.
