Why does The Starz channels Freeze up on Comcast Cable ? I thought it was just on my TV set but a few of my friends told me it happen to them alot also . The Starz channel will freeze up and then blackout .

I've noticed this to on the On Demand Movies.The picture goes to black and the sound goes dead. and also why the digital tier channels look so pixilated lately.
I used to have so many pixelization issues with Concrap, and I didn't have digital, this stuff was down converted to regular and looked like hell. I can't tell you how many times I recorded adult swim at night and the picture would go nuts or freeze or just drop. I switched to sat and I don't have any problems except occasionally the picture will stall for a half second but that's rare, I have lost signal only on very bad rainy days and that was minimal lasting a few seconds (never more than 10) very unlike the stories that comcast force-feeds it's customers during cable-operator breaks). The quality could be a little better, but even still it's dozens of times better than the cable ever was.
