Comcast / CC Speculation

Over on the New York board, there's a thread speculating on the possibility of a future deal between Comcast and Clear Channel (the radio folks...NOT the Channel 6 folks).

Seems like something would have to give someplace along the line for CC. How can they carry the kind of debt load they have indefinitely?

If some sort of Comcast / CC deal ever DID come to pass...think of the huge number of pieces involved. It would even affect a dull sleepy market like this one!

Food for thought on a cold wintery night......
 
I thought citadel Communications owned ch6 not clear channel!!
 
it would be pretty cool though if clear channel did own them,you could see seacrest doing the news (sarcasm)!!!
