Comcast in Houston is finally adding a bunch of HD channels. Good thing for competition with AT&T U-Verse and Dish and DirecTV leading them to increase the HD offerings. At least this makes the recent rate increase more palatable.
If you are interested, here are the new channels (to be added "on or after April 27" except MLB HD, "on or after April 1", I suppose earlier to catch the beginning of the baseball season. Comcast recently raised their rates, but at least they are adding these new channels.
Also, the music choice channels are going to be rearranged, with some deleted but more added, and renumbered to start at channel 800. I've misplaced the info about the changes to the music channels, but they are dropping Opera, Rock En Espanol, Show Tunes and Americana and adding a number of channels (such as Classic Alternative and I can't remember the others).
