Comcast is now offering TiVo Service

From what I understand, it's something that has just started this month. I know they already offer DVR service, which I already have. But I know that TiVo has a lot more features. But I heard that a lot of people don't like TiVo because sometimes it will record programs FOR you and take up space. And also I've heard that a lot of people have had trouble with it, and it can sometimes take awhile to load things. I had TiVo briefly in 2003, but I didn't like it. But it's 5 years later, so I'm wondering if it's improved. So, does anyone here have this?
 
I have the "stand-alone" TiVo (no Comcrap). You can choose to have it record suggested programming or not. I like it because, occasionally, it will record something I never knew about. I would assume that this is the same with the Comcast-TiVo service.
