Comcast picks up Mundo Fox

In the Boston area it's on channel 300, with the other subchannels. It's listed as WFXZ Azteca America, but Mundo Fox is airing.

Shouldn't it (also) be on WFXT-HD2?

No, there are no sub channels on WFXT. Mundo Fox is on the low power digital WFXZ-CD, which transmits on RF channel 25, but PSIP is its old analog channel, 24.1. I believe Aztec America is on 24.2, and infomercials on 24.3 and 24.4. It has no connection with WFXT.

Verizon has had MundoFox on channel 20 for awhile now.

It also seems to be reserving ch 476 for Azteca America (24.2) Listings are in the guide but one cannot tune to it.

We also seem to lack the new MeTV Boston 5.2

Channel 300 is ThisTV Boston here even though this is a Comcast-covered area. However, Comcast "inherited" us from Adelphia, which may or may not explain why we have a different channel lineup. (I honestly don't know.)

To be fair, the only Fox-owned station that is a MundoFox affiliate is WTTG/Washington, which carries the network on its 5.2 subchannel. So out of the two dozen or so stations that Fox owns, only one is aligned with the network. Otherwise, MundoFox's affiliates are stations owned by other companies with no ties whatsoever to News Corporation, as is the case with WFXZ.
