I was out in Lebanon County last week and noticed something different. Comcast there carries all the Harrisburg/Lancaster/Lebanon stations along with WPVI, KYW, WPHL, and WPSG. However in the past WPVI and KYW had to share channels with C-SPAN2 and a community access channel respectively. They would only show the newscasts, and after the newscast they would switch back. However now it appears that WPVI and KYW no longer share channels and are now fully seen without being blocked. Interesting!
