Comcast Sports Net New England

For most of this year on my Comcast System in Bristol, CT Comcast Sports Net New England has been on both Channels 31 and 85. Channel 85 is listed as CSNOF and programming is listed as Off the Air. I downgraded my cable so I don't get CSNE on 31, but I still get it on 85. Now as of 730 this morning on channel 85 it says the following:

Comcast Sports Net New England has moved to a new satellite. Please contact your cable provider to resume service.


Since I don't get Channel 31, I don't know if this message is also on Channel 31. What I do know is that my Mom lives in Southington has COX and she says regular programming is on CSNE on Channel 51.
 
We're in the process of moving our master control out of the Cablevision AMC facility to the NBC facility in New Jersey. Your cable operator has not made the switchover but will shortly. Thanks for posting this - I've passed the message on to our affiliate relations people to follow up.

if you downgraded your cable,then your not supposed to get it 85 is only for overflow programming thus you shouldn't get it anyhow!!

I never saw any overflow on Channel 85. Everything was duplicated from Channel 31. Everything listed on my guide for 31 was also on 85. Now it's gone and there's just color bars on it. What a waste. Now we have 2 channels with just colors bars 85 and 102. Once in a while MSG coverage of a Rangers game will pop up on 102. Plus 84 is just a full screen logo that says NESN Plus.
 
that's what i meant i was excited when i downgraded cable that i could at least watch Celtics games!! but now you can't even do that it is a waste kinda like the channel 985!!
