Comcast to add WSBE-HD

I just got a notice from Comcast that starting 4/2, WSBE-HD will be available on channel 819, and that a digital subchannel will be available on channel 294. I was really surprised about this. It looked to me like it was being phased out.
 
Has anyone received it yet? It is now April 2, and I still don't have it. Maybe it was only for Bristol County customers.

WSBE-HD on 819, and their DT2 on 294 were added here in Plymouth county today.
