Comedy Central Early Prime Times

Is anyone else annoyed at Comedy Central moving early prime shows (pre-8PM ET) to odd start times? I usually watch the replays of Stewart adn Colbert at 7, but they can start as early as 6:52, so I miss it unless I DVR it or set a reminder.

Any idea behind the rationale here?
 
My next questions: What are the end times for the shows, and how many minutes of commercials would you think air in the "time slot." I haven't had it on my cable package for a while since I downgraded it, but TVLand seemed like they perfected this practice about 5 or so years ago.
