Comedy Central picks up B&B Re-runs

I read online that Comedy Central has picked up re-runs of Beavis and Butt-head and will air them at 7 PM ET on most weeknights. I wonder if this is a permanent addition to the schedule or if it's only because of Mike Judge's new B&B DVD release. It also makes me wonder if new episodes might be in the works since King of the Hill's run will end next year.

It ends Friday and is only happening to promote the DVD. At least they'll probably do it again when volumes 2 and 3 come out.

The idea of new episodes isn't absolutely impossible, but it's pretty damn close. They'd never be anywhere near as good as the originals, anyway.

At least Comedy Central is showing the music videos, which were always the best part of the show. And there are a dozen or so videos on the DVD, including their classic takes on Pantera and MC 900 Ft. Jesus.

Judge himself says there won't be anymore new episodes.

Can't make any new episodes since show ended Beavis is doing 8 to 15 years at Greenhaven for attempted murder and Butthead has got a mailorder bride and move back to the Phillipines with her.
