Comet TV on two different stations in Houston

A few weeks ago I noticed Comet TV is also on KHOU 11.4. For years it’s been on KIAH 39.3 but it’s been on both stations lately. Does anyone know what going on there?
 
It's quite common for some diginets to appear on more than one station in a market. In Phoenix, Cozi appears on two stations, Ion Mystery appears on two stations, and Grit appears on three. These diginets generally do not require exclusivity; they want to reach as many eyeballs as possible.
 
To bad they won't use some of that bandwidth for a local weather channel.
