Coming soon: My TV 16 on WQAD-DT

Today (9/9/2006), I checked out my grandma's HDTV (which can also provide analog signals), and on DT 38.3 (8.3), I saw the the message "My TV 16 Quad Cities: Coming soon to this channel". There was no exact date, but strangely enough, the audio from Channel 8 could still be heard....
