Now really, if this is true, we can eliminate Citadel right off the bat - they already have a country formatted radio station.
WCDW had a good book - so we can eliminate them.
Clear Channel had strong books on WMRV and WMXW, and their rockers did alright - can't be them.
Out of what's left, the only "bad" books were CC's AM's and WLTB...<P ID="signature">______________

I wouldn't call WENE and WINR's books bad. I haven't studied Magic's numbers enough to make a judgment there. The OP didn't define "near". Could he be eluding to WEBO? It does have a new owner. Get that thing back up to 5kw and onto a tower instead of a long wire and it'll get beyond Endicott and into the Triple Cities.
Personally, I'd like to see a kid and family friendly station in the market. Sure, there are stations that are kid safe, but they just aren't attractive to kids. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm a big fan of Radio Disney. I'd really like to see an affiliate pop up here. <P ID="signature">______________
