COMMANDER CHUCK GROUNDED ???

I realize posting this..it shows I've listened to B&T :p ..but just enough to hear the traffic from CC..he now ends his report with "in the traffic center" or something similar..no longer says "in the air..I'm commander chuck"..did he lose his wings ?? ;) on a different note...WVCP the Vol State station has apparently listened to Pina Colada one too many times and decided to copy the success of said song..every morning between 8:30 and 8:45..they play "the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald"..GITCHAGOOMIE

Delta --- I'll forward this to Barb and Sarge tomorrow. Your cry for more
Lightfoot will, I am sure, not go unanswered.

How can they ground Commander Chuck? He is, after all, as the WTN voicers say "Nashville's ONLY airborne traffic reporter". I guess they do not know that Richard Thomas is airborne as well. But that comes from the station that also claims to be "Live and Local" from 5 am till 8 pm, but airs Fred Thompsons show at noon, don't think he's local, and not sure Valentines last 2 hous are live.
But on another subject, I recently loaded "Escape" on my ipod just incase 92.9 ever dropped it from rotation. I don't think it is one of the six songs in rotation during Deliliah's show.
