We will have several opportunities to honor our friend Michael on Sunday, November 6: funeral service, reception at church afterward, and a celebration of life that evening. The venue can't be set until we know how many people are coming (might need a larger place!). Please see the message below from Michael's friend Nick Alexander, and RSVP to him soon.
Michael’s funeral will be on Sunday November 6th at 4:00 pm at East Dallas Christian Church. A reception will follow at the church, and then we will have “A Celebration of Michael’s Life” at approximately 6:30 (Location t.b.d.)
This event will be an open Mic…get up and tell your favorite Michael story. We’ll have some old tapes and videos and pictures. I have been contacted already by numerous radio folks from all over who want to come to this event. If you have any old tapes or photos, please let me know asap. If you have photos in a jpeg format, e-mail them to me. Or if you have audio in an MP3 format, please send. If you have actual tape (remember that???!!) mail it to my office, listed below.

This will be a no host event. It will be a chance to relax, visit with friends we haven’t seen in a long time, and honor a friend who touched all of our lives. While we all will mourn his passing, we’ve been blessed just for knowing him.
