do commercial free weekends really work? i know KDKB is doing one this weekend, do you think it could help their poor ratings?

Uh, no revenue? Does Gumpdusky make enough money in other dayparts and/or their other stations to be able to cover it? They must charge those Nebraska folks a mint to carry Cornhusker football on KDUS and drop 2 days of ads on KDKB. ;D

Probably because few people will notice and even fewer will care.
 
that's to bad if true. all i hear on the radio these days are commercials and it's refreshing to hear some music without all the b.s. but from what i'm told... even though the ratings at kdkb are bad.. they are still better than free f.m.
