Commercial TV Stations that became PBS stations and vice versa

What US TV stations were network affiliates (or independent) and became PBS affiliates, and vice versa? For example, I know of a station in Montana that was a CW affiliate and became a PBS station. ON the other hand, there was a station in Washington that went from PBS to Fox.
