"COMMUNITY" OFF NBC MID-SEASON SCHEDULE

Hot Tub Time Machine II?

Odd enough, I was wondering if the time has come for a new Vacation movie where Chevy is finally a Grandfather...that would be interesting!!!

"Community" is one of the most consistently original and well-written sitcoms of the past few years. It hasn't always hit the mark, but when it has, it's been brilliant. I can understand, however, why most people don't get it, but I would take "Community" (and for that matter, "Parks & Recreation") over "Two and a Half Men" or the like any day. Just my $.02.

If Community ever goes into syndication, it would be a smart pairing with the upcoming syndication of Modern Family on USA Network.
Maybe NBC can work with Sony to move new episodes of Community to USA. Broadcast is home to the "lamestream" comedies with punchline after punchline. That's why if a show like It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Louie or Curb Your Enthusiasm wouldn't work on NBC, ABC, CBS or FOX.
