Compellor or XT2 in front of 8100A

Would you use the Compellor (320A) or XT2 in front of 8100A.

The XT2 is the limiter section that goes after an 8100 via a ribbon cable so there isn't an option of going before an 8100. Since the 8100 is the last piece of processing besides a composite clipper to hit the exciter then there isn't an real option of putting a Compellor there.
