Complete list of cancelled/renewed network series

I love Revolution, Why did NBC move it to Wednesday?

I also was a big fan of Revolution. I suspect they moved it to Wednesday to kill it. It certainly wasn't a move that any sensible person would think would help the show. I want to know why NBC/Universal even put in on NBC when it clearly belonging on either SyFy or USA Network. On either of those networks, it would have been a hit.

...CBS has cancelled about 1/4 of their shows. ...

And one of the shows they chopped was the "New Hit Series" The Crazy Ones. CBS has been blasting that annoying horn since day one. The reward: a humbling from America.

All networks need to turn off the overhype. NO show is a "hit" within an hour of its debut. 6 weeks with killer ratings? Perhaps. But not right out of the blocks.

I really hope NBC renews Parenthood. IMO, that is the best show on TV. It's as close to real life as any show on TV. Funny how after every season it's fate is TBD.

I am shocked that CBS renewed The Mentalist. The show just is not the same since they wrapped up the Red John story.

Kind of sad that Friends with Better Lives was not renewed. That was starting to be a funny show. Never was really into the Crazy Ones anyways.
THANK GOD Suburgatory and Super Fun Night/Trophy Wife are gone - those shows are stupid. A waste compared to the Middle. Now THAT'S a funny show.
I don't care about any NBC shows - I'd rather see Seinfeld reruns at 8/7 Central on Thursdays. Same with Friends, Will and Grace and the Cosby Show.

I think the move to 9:30 was what killed The Crazy Ones anyway.

At least Robin Williams can go back to doing movies; who knows where Sarah Michelle Gellar's next move will be. But something in my mind tell me that Crazy Ones could be given a second life, on either cable (TBS, FX, USA), Netflix, or better yet...first-run syndication (the last true syndie comedy we had -- I'm not counting those from Byron Allen's Entertainment Studios -- was "Malibu, CA" in the mid-'90s)!

I don't think Mr. Box Office even had a second season of episodes. Stations keep running 2012-13 episodes.

I wouldn't count on first-run syndication for any show with that expensive of a cast. I'd be willing to make a small wager (real small, because I'm not all that certain) that had The Crazy Ones not had two expensive stars, but was otherwise the same, it would have been economical enough for them to keep it either alive, or on hold as a mid-season replacement.

So happy FOX canned "Dads". That had to be one of the stupidest show ever to be broadcast over the airwaves in these here United States of America. It was simply disgusting.

FX is doing OK with Anger Management - I think "The Crazy Ones" would do just fine there. First-run syndication - probably not. It would be picked up by MNTV/CW/IND stations and probably placed at 2:30 in the morning on most of them.

ABC Kept the ones I like. About the only scripted series I watched on Fox was 'Enlisted' and that's gone. I think Dick Wolf has something on NBC Executives. I mean, the guy is talented, but SVU was annoying. I cannot believe Fox has already killed 'Surviving Jack'. That was the BEST new sitcom I've seen in ages. I would love to see that picked up elsewhere. CBS retained the shows I like. Not a bad renewal season for me. Outside of sports and the music shows, I don't see Fox or NBC drawing any great ratings though.

I have many ideas for a new title for "Two and a Half Men."
1. "Two and a Half Stupid Guys"
2. "The Alan Harper Show"
3. "The Walden/Harper Show"
4. "A Show That Should Be Cancelled But Isn't"
5. "Two Guys and Some Hot Chicks"

It was just announced that this is the last season for Two and a Half Men.

Personally, though it's not as good as it was in its earlier years, it's still better than most of the crap on TV. Granted, that's a low standard for comparison.
