Comrex Access Portable delay issues

We have a Comrex Access Portable that has been updated with the ACC software. We are having a couple of issues when doing on-site broadcasts using this equipment and would love some help!

1. We have a very slight delay 2/10 of a second that gets longer the longer we are connected. The delay grew to 3 seconds within 10 minutes of being connected.

2. We are a talk station and when we took callers the delay instantly went for 2/10 of a second to 2 or three seconds.

Good luck man. This is reliant upon the internet and in your case probably a local cell for coverage. you are at the mercy of the network, there's no such thing as QOS here.
