A con man who has been exposed by Fox 5 has been exposed again..but this time he tried to get a judge to stop it.
Apparently, this guy who runs a swimming pool business was exposed in 1999 for deceptive business practices. He changed the name of his company twice, and stayed in business. When he was approached by Fox 5 yet again about his practices, the station had a recording of phone calls he made. This man went to court (don't know the jurisdiciton) to try to stop the report from being aired. The man was unsuccessful.

I have never say anyone go to court to stop a report from airing. What's worse, the guy who tried to stop it is a con man who was caught on tape commiting fraud.
