Concert or Contest?

WWYZ 92.5 said they will be making a major announcement at 10AM Monday. Will the announcement be a concert or contest?

It's probably some nationwide Clear Channel contest that a local listener will have a Mega Millions-range chance of winning,

I know CC owns many more stations than CBS does, but every time someone from Connecticut won CBS's national contest during the month of March WRCH posted it on their Facebook page. There were quite a few Connecticut winners. I know WRCH, WTIC (AM), and WZMX were doing the CBS contest. Don't know about WTIC-FM. (Don't listen to that station).

Anyway as for WWYZ, I heard the announcement again and they said it was going to be a major announcement for music lovers. Maybe another concert similar to last years I-Heart Radio Concert.

WTIC-FM didn't participate in the promotion. They do normally have, by far, some of the best promotions in the Hartford market.

So they announce the iHeartRadio festival will be back this September, but they're not announcing a lineup until July... not much of an announcement.
