I just saw on Local 6's website that a Tornado Watch is in effect until 2am Friday. Please be safe everyone, and lets hope that local radio learned their lesson from a few weeks back and is prepared to get information out if severe weather affects your area.

No they haven't. It costs money to have a live body in every station 24/7. As long as the EAS is working, that's all that matters. The needs of the suits outweigh the needs of the public.
