Conex DS-25 pinouts

It's been a while since I posted this, and I still am looking for information. Hoping that there are some new sets of eyes on the board, can anyone help?
 
I have to ask - are you sure it's not the CS25?

It is a DS-25 module in the CS-25 frame. I'll drop them a line today. Thanks.
