In this morning's LARadio.com, Saul Levine said that beginning tomorrow afternoon at 5, the 540/1260 simulcast will "preview" a new Adult Standards format until the official launch on July 1. Also, on July 1, the L.A. station (1260) will change call letters to KKGO, which were Saul's FM call letters on 105.1 from the early 1980s until early 2000.

what about KGO San Franciso? It puts a near city-grade blowtorch into so cal at night, and is even possible under some conditions, especially coastal areas, in the daytime.

KKGO will be the calls of 1260 licensed to Beverly Hills - not 540 in Tijuana. Don't see a problem.
