Conflict of interest in Springfield

According to sitcomsonline.com, either Fox Illinois or Central Illinois' CW will carry RTN later in 2008. But here poses one problem: one, which station and two, does this mean that WFCN will hafta find new programming (as it airs some RTN shows in the morning)?

Does Wattsamatta U. half a public station in Springfield that would carry either of the programs?
