Not only was WYNZ the TOP performing Saga station in the key Adult 25-54 demo, the station was also in the TOP 5 Adults 25-54, Mon-Fri 6a-7p behind WBLM, WJBQ, WFNK and WTHT. With WPOR, WMGX, WGAN and WCLZ coming in 7th, 8th, 9th and 12th respectively, you definitely saved the day from a disaster cluster ratings performing in the key "money that pays the bills" demo. Hopefully there's a nice little bonus for being the top dog in the building. Congrats on a real nice performance!!

How does a country station do so poorly there? Amazing.

Country does extemely well in the market. There are two stations in the market; WTHT and WPOR and as a result country listening shares get split. WTHT is tied for 3rd Adults 25-54, A18-49, A25-49. WPOR is 7th in these demos. If there was just one country station, it would be #1 in just about all demos across the board.

I think they should think about revamping the morning show Jon is great by Joe seems to be doing the same thing he was doing with Rob Steel.....riding his coat tails!!  Or see if they could Talk CBS Radio in Tampa to Syndicate Their #1 Country Radio Station, WQYK FM 99.5 in Tampa, FL. Their morning show is Hosted by Cledus T Judd, Dave McKay and Veronica, 99.5 WQYK's Morning Show airs weekday mornings from 5am to 10aM
Yes Cledus T Judd The "weird Al" of Country Music!
If Mr. Gold still owned it and it was doing poorly they morning show would of been gone a longtime ago!
