Congrats to 93.7 The Beat!!!

Time to talk something different than translators...

They said it couldn't happen, but it looks like according to All Access, KQBT has finally overcome competitor KBXX in their target demo, 18-34: http://www.allaccess.com/net-news/a...r-inc-exclusive-november-ppm-analy?ref=search

I would like to say congratulations to legendary PD Michael Saunders and the whole Beat team on their success! The station has been sounding much better lately, especially with a little more classic hip-hop sprinkled in with the currents, and it shows in the ratings!

The difference in 28-34 between the two is 0.1 share points. They have identical ratings in 18-34.

And it's not that KQBT has gone up... The Box just had a poor November, off from its average levels, particularly in mornings.

In 19-49 which is more of a money demo than 18-34, The Box has a significant lead. Further, The Box showed an uptrend in the weeklies, while KQBT looked at a lower last part of the month than the first week.
