Maybe Sisty did know what he was doing when he moved WNPT north.

Think about it: A station that doesn't even put a city-grade signal over its target market attracts that large a 12+ audience*--that's nothing to sneeze at.

A cheap ad buy on a family-friendly format...102.9 might just be a player yet.
