I am just a casual radio listener and an admitted fairweather football fan but I have been very impressed with KJR-AM this week.It seems every time I tune in they are talking to someone bigtime and interesting. Is KIRO, KOMO etc also getting people like Paul Allen and I am just missing it?
Good job on mobilizing the troops and sending the whole crew to Detroit for the week. Its to bad something like this only happens every 30 years or they might actually start getting some big numbers talking sports !
GO SEAHAWKS !!!!!

You're just missing it. KOMO had an exclusive with Paul Allen and KIRO has had many "bigtime and interesting" people on all week. Kudos to all the Seattle stations that are in Detroit!

How exactly did KOMO get an "exclusive" with Paul Allen when he was live on other stations? or is the definition of exclusive kind of like the definition of what IS is?

I know that KOMO TV got a sit down with Mr. Allen that got replayed on radio but I have heard very little intersting Seahawk content generated my any of the radio folk.Kathi G.'s talk with Mr. Allen however was very well done in my opinion.I mostly listen late morning and middays.Maybe this was not the best week to launch a political debate show.

20 minute segment with Groz on KJR today didn't sound too bad, LIVE in person at radio row. At least twice full segments with Mitch Levy on KJR by phone.

KIRO kicked ass

I heard a little of the KJR stuff, it was fine. KOMO didn't really have any radio people at Super Bowl, they're just lifting TV audio.

KIRO was almost non-stop Super Bowl all week and they're still there, of course.
The morning show with Greg & Jane and Bill Swartz was live all week. They talked with Holmgren and Haselbeck several times. They had a couple reporters there including sportsie Mike Brown. Dori Monson is there all week and Paul Allan sat down with him for a full hour Friday. Great interview.

And NY Vinnie not only has been there all week with live shows, but he had a one-on-one face to face with Mick Jagger.

Plus the entire Seahawk broadcast pregame and game crew was on with Dori Friday and did two hours with Vinnie Thursday.
