Cume does look great, but if I were in their shoes I would be unhappy that TSL is very low and exclusive audience is almost non-existent.

In PPM, there is very little exclusive audience for any station... the average person cumes 5 or 6 stations in a week and even more over a more extended period of time.
 
True, and that's why PPM brings every station's cume up, making TSL extremely significant.
