Because their frequency is 1300 KHz. One Thousand plus Three Hundred. Just like the number of stations broadcasting in the newly adopted standard of HD radio.

1300... No lie, it just came out. Over 1000 more than just 6 months ago. Ibiquity's failure marches on...
