Miami/Fort Lauderdale Congratulations to 104.3 The Shark

The station just reached a new high water mark in AQH share for the brand.

It is now up to a 2.6 share in ages 6+.

The radio station has come a very long way since the dark days of being hamstrung by a terrible morning show based at (the now defunct) WNYL-FM in New York, malfunctioning automation, poorly executed station imaging, and an overly feminine playlist.

Is 104.3 The Shark anything special? Nope, but the station sounds decent and executes the basics fairly well.

They are using a little bit from big 105.9 playlist artist like pearl jam, nirvana. They should use a little bit more.
I was surprise to hear Big 105.9 starship nothing gonna stop which they took a little from Magic1027 playlist
The one thing I don't understand 104.3 playing songs like Bob Marley, eminen, house of pain

I don't understand why did it failed in Central Florida as 101.9 fm where the demographics are more in its favor.
Did the audacy just gave up on them?
