And again to Art Angotti for tanking yet another AMP market.

Yeah, nice job AMP! How soon will it be until you cash in on your horrible stations & sell them to the lowest bidder?

Not so many stations did well. Summit (just as worse as AMP in my mind) went down -1.2 in all 6 combined stations. If it wasn't for WGL.........yikes! I'd hate to be a salesmen there-or any employee for that matter. They continue to sell commercials for $5 & do free remotes. They are losing money & soon they will all be bought & stripped. Can you employess say "Clear Channel"?

Fed-Med did well with the exception of the Bear. They went down quite a bit! Any ideas why?

AJI & LDE went down. Ya had to think that Oldies would-10.0 in last book? They popped their cherry.

MR.Oasis & his thoughts on commercial radio going digital shows that it's not the only thing on his mind. JFX did well. Those damn stickers are everywhere!Wonder how much they budget for those each year?

Congrats to WOWO once again on a job well done! 7.6 up to a 9.7? NICE! You deserve the cigars. Take them out of the mouths of the Summit group. They had high hopes of saving their hides only to get skinned and hung out to dry. AMP's carpet was already on the line & ready for coats & hats.

Who the hell is FGA? Looks like they are big enough to beat 102.3 & 106.3 (wow) if that doesn't tell you how bad those two stations are, I don't know what will!

K105....staying the course.....doing everything the right way & against no competition basically. It's hard to go down, but nice job everyone again at Fed Med. It's nice to work for a company that does things the right way. I'm forunate.

He means WFGA with studios in "A"uburn. The "G" stands for Garrett and the "F" is for frog.

First, I'd like to congratulate HOT 107.9 on a great book. All the bomb throwers seem to predict their demise and are then disappointed when it doesn't happen. Here's what I don't understand; Why do so many people in radio cheer for the groups (i.e., Summit) that are the worst, and want to see the demise of the stations that put the most effort and money into programming, promotions, and jocks? Look at Summit, automated much of the time because they don't want to spend money on jocks. In their contests, they "Give the money away" to a former co-worker of "The Fugitive." Compared to HOT, they do things the cheap and quick way, yet many (like Captain Tragedy) constantly hope that the station that does it the down and dirty way beats the station that puts the time and effort into making radio the way it used to be. Finally, Captain Tragedy, where are you now with your high minded predictions of who would do well?
