Congress Defunds NPR

Of course you aren't alone, you are heavily represented in our federal and state legislatures, so maybe we are embarking on a great national experiment in ignorance.

As George Orwell understood, keeping the populace ignorant is necessary for depriving it of power. He would have recognized today’s sustained attack on all things intellectual, though not necessarily its source.
