Congressman: "Let us watch the damn game!"

Did anyone here stream it on Peacock? Were there any buffering or similar problems?

That's an interesting question. I didn't stream that particular game, but I streamed a regular season game on NBC Sports, and had some buffering problems. It was the only time I had buffering issues with any video.

This web page shows this week-by-week. There we a few blackouts in 2023, but not as many as it used to be.

Even if your team sucks, if they're selling the place out, you'll still get to see it locally.

The reason for the blackouts is if you are on the single header network more than 4 times, you can request a blackout. That’s why there were a couple at the end of the season.

the networks themselves via advertising. When I grew up tv Networks weren’t charities who required us to pay money to watch playoff football games that were normally free
And who pays for the advertising. The consumer. You already pay to watch the NFL. Probably more than the cost of peacock each month if you have cable.
