Yawn. Status quo. Then again, radio in Savannah is so boring.

Connect Savannah is a great alternative newspaper, although it does seem like they had a more subversive feel before they severed their ties with the Creative Loafing network and were then acquired by Morris Communications a few years back and changed their name (and what kind of name is that? It sounds like a real estate circular.).
 
How is that status quo? I'm new to Savannah, but it seems like the KISS win was something new - in the paper they said Q was usually the winner. Are there other personalities more deserving than Dixon & Dooley?
 
If I remember correctly...Q was the winner last year, and has won about 97 times before that.

And...IIRC, the only bigtime morning show locally based is Dixon and Dooley.

And what competition for "Best Talk Radio Station"! There's what...two commercial talkers in Savannah??

Umm...tough to tell. I abstain

Best talk radio station:

ETV Radio 89.9. It, along with Sunday beer sales and lax fireworks laws make S. Carolina great. :D

I'm just stating that radio in Savannah is boring. I wouldn't have replaced any of the winners with anything else. I'm happy for the winners. The only station I really listened to was our AAA station, Wave 104.9, which is no longer around.
