Conservative girl talk show on WJNO

I remember in the '90s seeing a story on TV about a girl who hosted a talk show on WJNO. Does anybody remember this show & what became of her?
 
She was a teenager in the '90s & Kaufman looks to be about 40ish. I don't think it's her but could be wrong.
 
Would a conservative woman or lady with any case "C" in conservative ever wish to be refered to as a girl ???
