Console pgm out splitting

Some roll-off of the high frequencies. A resistor divide network should be used.

Now with more modern equipment (and "hi-fi", e.g. consumer devices such as cassette recorders or computer sound cards), the problem is more likely to be too much level, since they are usually designed as bridging inputs.

I'm surprised that you even have to ask. Two 600 ohm loads in parallel is 300 ohms. To make the console output 'see' a load of 600 ohms, just add a 150 ohm resistor in series with each side of the balanced console output. This will make the 300 ohm load appear as 600 ohms. You will lose 3dB of level into each 600 ohm device.
The frequency response should not change.

If the destinations are "bridging" inputs (10K ohms or more), put a 620 ohm resistor load on the output and parallel your loads.
