Construction effect on WLW's signal

Posted about this previously in the Cincinnati forum, but curious as to whether any of you fellow DXers have noticed a degradation of WLW's groundwave or skywave signals now that a shopping center is being built around the tower in Mason. I don't know that this would have an effect on their skywave, but it's obvious with the groundwave. Ninety miles or so from the tower here in suburban Columbus, the cancellation has kicked up several notches within the past few weeks.
Daytime, I haven't noticed a difference in the signal.

I'm glad you posted this. On my road trip, WLW was weaker than I had expected at every overnight, save for my last one, which was after the northwoods segment, at London, Ontario. At my home location, WLW has indeed seemed somewhat weaker than normal via skywave. During the day via groundwave, WLW and WJR are historically about equal (meaning very weak), but as of late, WLW has been barely audible if not missing entirely.

That's pretty much what I was wondering, especially at those distances. Figured there had to be some kind of an impact.
I wondered if it was overkill to post here also, but I guess my posts were aimed at different audiences! As I asked in the more local forum, I'm wondering how long this goes on or if it is permanent.
